Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and undamaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@omnivoa.org with your order number, items to return, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Final Sale items
• Items returned after 30 days

Damaged Orders

Contact us within 7 days at contact@omnivoa.org with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost.
