Yes. Each OMNIVOA piece is crafted by skilled artisans using precision woodworking tools. While we use modern equipment for accuracy and consistency, every piece is hand-finished, inspected, and packaged individually. No mass-factory production.

Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and do not submerge in water. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources. To maintain the finish and natural luster, apply a food-safe wood oil (like mineral oil or Howard Feed-N-Wax) once or twice a year.

No two pieces of solid wood are identical — and that's intentional. Natural variation in grain, color, and character is a hallmark of genuine hardwood. Your piece will be unique. We believe this is a feature, not a flaw. The photos show representative examples of the wood species and finish.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US Standard Shipping takes 5–8 business days and is free on orders over $50. US Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) is $12.99. International orders typically arrive in 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times are typically 10–20 business days.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, email us at contact@omnivoa.org with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll send a prepaid return label and process your full refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Yes. We source our hardwoods from certified sustainable suppliers. We use water-based and natural oil finishes with low VOC content. We also minimize packaging waste by using recycled and recyclable materials. Sustainability isn't a marketing claim for us — it's a basic standard.
